  1. Sit with your feet grounding into the floor.
  2. Exhale twice as long as you inhale (2 in, 4 out).
  3. On every exhale, say silently:
    “My brain is safe to soften.”
  4. Repeat for 90 seconds.
  5. Notice where your body releases first,  that’s your fascia letting go.

You just created neurological safety and emotional bandwidth
no meditation, no forcing, no disappearing into a bathtub.

What You Actually Need This Holiday Season

Not a better schedule.
Not more motivation.
Not a new planner.
