Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern every purchase, program, and service offered by Fascia Training Institute and Simone Fortier Enterprises Inc. (“FTI,” “we,” “us,” “our”) — coaching, consulting, assessments, courses, events, digital products, and supplements. They exist so that what you’re agreeing to is clear before you begin, not after.
By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any offering, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your purchase.
1. Scope of Services
These Terms apply to every offering from FTI and Simone Fortier Enterprises, including:
- Coaching and consulting, individual or group
- Brain Reset and Brain Health assessments
- Mentorship and success coaching programs
- Workshops, courses, certifications, and events, online or in person
- Digital products, downloadable materials, and recordings
- Supplements and physical products
- Speaking engagements, demonstrations, and experiential training
2. Payment & Refunds
Work begins the moment you purchase — intake review, assessment processing, strategic preparation, and administrative setup start immediately. That is why this policy holds no exceptions.
All purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies to every offering in Section 1, without exception — including a change of mind, discomfort after purchase, a sense of misalignment discovered afterward, partial participation, or non-attendance.
Payment plans are a commitment to the full program fee, not a per-session charge. Missed or failed payments may incur administrative or NSF fees, and failure to complete a payment plan may result in forfeiture of program access and funds already paid.
3. Events & Attendance
A no-show for a scheduled session or event forfeits that session without refund. Transfers may be permitted at FTI’s discretion and may carry a fee. Events must be attended within twelve (12) months of purchase unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
4. Results & Outcomes
Transformation depends on more than a program — it depends on you.
Individual results vary, and FTI makes no guarantee of any outcome — financial, physical, cognitive, or otherwise. Testimonials and examples reflect individual experiences, not typical or guaranteed results. Your outcome depends on your own effort, engagement, and circumstances.
5. Nature of Our Services
This is the same boundary described in our Medical Disclaimer, stated here as a condition of purchase.
Coaching, consulting, Brain Reset, and educational services are non-medical, non-therapeutic, and non-diagnostic. Nothing provided by FTI or Simone Fortier constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Consult your own licensed professional where one is warranted. 6. Assumption of Risk
Participation in coaching, educational, physical, or cognitive programs carries inherent risk. By participating, you assume responsibility for your own participation and outcomes. FTI and Simone Fortier are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from participation or use of program materials.
7. Conduct Standards
This is a short summary. The full standard — and what happens if it isn’t met — is set out in our Code of Conduct.
All participants are expected to engage with professionalism, respect, and accountability. FTI maintains a zero-tolerance standard for abusive, hostile, or harassing behavior, and reserves the right to terminate participation immediately, without refund, for conduct that violates this standard. 8. Intellectual Property
All materials, protocols, frameworks, and systems used in FTI and Simone Fortier programs are proprietary. Dynamic Brain Healing® and related protocols are registered trademarks and copyrighted works. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or misrepresentation may result in legal action.
9. Changes to Programs & Availability
FTI may modify program content, schedules, or delivery methods, substitute facilitators or venues, or discontinue an offering, at its discretion and without prior notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
FTI and Simone Fortier are not liable for damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of our services, including financial loss, emotional distress, or missed opportunity, except where liability cannot be limited by applicable law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to confirm], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Code of Conduct and Medical Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and FTI regarding your purchase or participation.
13. Acknowledgment
By purchasing or participating in any FTI or Simone Fortier offering, you confirm that you are doing so from a place of clarity and self-responsibility, that you understand services begin immediately upon purchase, and that you accept these Terms — including the non-refundable nature of all offerings — in full.
