Refund, Cancellation & Service Policy

Fascia Training Institute® & Simone Fortier Programs

This policy governs all purchases, including coaching, consultations, assessments, courses, supplements, digital products, and physical goods.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.

1. Coaching & Consulting Services

(1:1 coaching, success coaching, quantum coaching, strategic consulting, ongoing support)

All Coaching Services Are Final Sale

All coaching services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • One-on-one coaching sessions

  • Multi-session coaching packages

  • Monthly or multi-month coaching programs

  • Strategy calls, advisory services, and implementation support

  • Messaging, content, or business reviews

Services Commence Immediately Upon Purchase

Coaching services are considered rendered once any of the following occur:

  • Intake or onboarding calls

  • Review of client-submitted materials

  • Strategic analysis or preparation

  • Email, text, or messaging support

  • Scheduling, planning, or session allocation

Once services commence, no refunds, reversals, or credits will be issued for any reason.

Missed, canceled, or unused sessions do not constitute non-delivery and are not eligible for refund.

2. Consultations & Assessments

(Brain Health Assessments, intake calls, evaluations, reviews, reports)

All consultations and assessments are non-refundable once purchased.

This includes:

  • Online or in-person consultations

  • Brain Health Assessments and reports

  • Intake evaluations

  • Diagnostic-style questionnaires or analyses

  • Interpretive sessions or results reviews

Assessments are informational and educational, not diagnostic or medical.

Completion, partial completion, or subjective disagreement with results does not constitute grounds for a refund.

3. Courses, Certifications & Online Programs

(Live courses, recorded courses, certifications, workshops, masterminds)

No Refunds on Educational Programs

All courses and programs are final sale, including:

  • Online courses (live or recorded)

  • Certifications and professional training

  • Workshops, intensives, masterminds

  • Memberships or learning portals

  • Replays, recordings, or digital access

Once access is granted—whether viewed or not—the product is considered delivered.

4. Digital Products & Downloadables

(PDFs, videos, audios, workbooks, files, portals)

Due to the nature of digital content and intellectual property protection:

  • All digital products are non-refundable

  • No exchanges, credits, or cancellations

  • No exceptions

Access logs and delivery records are maintained.

5. Supplements & Physical Products

(Nutraceuticals, physical materials, shipped items)

Returns (Physical Products Only)

Non refundable

6. Bonuses, Add-Ons & Complimentary Items

Any bonuses, complimentary items, or additional services provided are:

  • Not separately valued

  • Not refundable

  • Not grounds for chargeback

Bonuses are provided at our discretion and may be modified or removed at any time.

7. Cancellations, No-Shows & Pauses

  • Coaching sessions require 48 hours’ notice to reschedule

  • Missed sessions are considered used

  • Repeated cancellations may result in termination of services without refund

Pausing or discontinuing participation does not void financial commitments.

8. Chargebacks, Disputes & Fraud Claims

Initiating a chargeback does not negate this policy.

We retain and provide documentation, including:

  • Purchase confirmations

  • Email communications

  • Intake forms and assessments

  • Session records

  • Content review and preparation logs

  • Policy acknowledgments

False claims of fraud or non-delivery may result in:

  • Immediate termination of services

  • Removal from all programs and platforms

  • Administrative and legal recovery actions

9. Right to Refuse or Terminate Services

We reserve the right to:

  • Decline service

  • Pause or terminate an engagement

  • Protect the learning and coaching environment

In such cases, fees remain due for services rendered and allocated.

10. Acknowledgment of Responsibility

Our work requires:

  • Personal accountability

  • Emotional regulation

  • Professional communication

Purchases are made voluntarily and without coercion.

Discomfort, fear, second-guessing, or emotional responses do not constitute misrepresentation.
