Code of Conduct & Participation Agreement

Fascia Training Institute | Simone Fortier Programs

Purpose

Simone Fortier maintains a high-integrity, professional, and regulated environment that supports meaningful transformation, learning, and results.

Participation in any FTI or Simone Fortier program, service, consultation, coaching engagement, course, or event constitutes full agreement with the standards outlined below.

This Code of Conduct exists to:

  • Protect the learning and healing environment
  • Ensure professional boundaries and mutual respect
  • Maintain safety, clarity, and operational integrity

Scope

This policy applies to all participants, including but not limited to:

  • Coaching clients
  • Consultation and Brain Reset participants
  • Course students and practitioners
  • Guest speakers
  • Administrative interactions

It applies across all formats, including:

  • In-person sessions
  • Online sessions
  • Email, messaging, and written correspondence
  • Course portals, forums, social platforms
  • Events, workshops, masterminds, and related activities

Core Standards of Conduct

  1. Respect

All individuals must be treated with dignity, courtesy, and respect at all times.
Disrespectful, dismissive, hostile, or demeaning behavior toward instructors, staff, or other participants is not permitted.

  1. Integrity

Participants are expected to engage honestly and responsibly.

The following constitute serious violations:

  • Misrepresentation or impersonation of FTI or Simone Fortier staff or instructors
  • Unauthorized use, copying, sharing, or plagiarism of FTI or Simone Fortier’s intellectual property
  • Contacting FTI volunteers, staff, or demo participants under false pretenses
  • Any form of academic or professional dishonesty

Such violations may result in immediate dismissal and may trigger legal action.

  1. Professionalism

All interactions must reflect a high standard of professionalism.

This includes:

  • Punctuality and preparedness
  • Appropriate language and tone
  • Respect for instructional roles and authority
  • Constructive communication

The following are grounds for immediate removal:

  • Undermining or challenging instructor or coach’s authority in a disruptive manner
  • Impersonating an instructor or presenting oneself as representing FTI without authorization
  • Repeated lateness, disruption, or refusal to follow program structure

Professionalism is essential for a productive and effective environment.

  1. Inclusivity & Non-Discrimination

FTI is committed to maintaining an inclusive environment.

Discrimination or exclusion based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected status is strictly prohibited.

  1. Zero Tolerance for Harassment or Abuse

FTI and Simone Fortier maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or abuse of any kind.

This includes:

  • Verbal, emotional, psychological, or physical abuse
  • Bullying, intimidation, or coercive behavior
  • Sexual harassment or unwanted advances

Any such behavior will result in immediate removal from:

  • The program or course
  • All FTI and Simone Fortier platforms
  • Email lists and online communities

All certifications, access, and funds will be forfeited.

  1. Immediate Removal for Specific Violations

Participants may be immediately removed without refund for:

  • Abusive, blaming, or hostile behavior toward instructors, coaches or participants
  • Repeated lateness or disregard for program boundaries
  • Behavior that disrupts the learning or healing environment
  • Actions inconsistent with the values of respect, integrity, and professionalism

Enforcement & Remedies

FTI and Simone Fortier reserve the right to:

  • Remove any participant at their sole discretion
  • Terminate access to programs, courses, or services
  • Revoke certifications
  • Deny future enrollment
  • Pursue legal remedies when warranted

All decisions are made to protect the environment’s integrity and the well-being of participants and staff.

Financial Terms

  • All programs, services, consultations, coaching programs, courses, and packages are non-refundable
  • Removal for Code of Conduct violations results in forfeiture of all funds
  • No partial refunds or credits will be issued

Acknowledgment

Participation confirms that you:

  • Have read and understood this Code of Conduct
  • Agree to abide by all standards outlined herein
  • Accept that failure to do so may result in immediate removal without refund

This work is designed for individuals who are ready, responsible, and regulated.
The standard is not perfection; it is accountability.

When the nervous system is regulated, respect follows.
When respect is present, results become inevitable.
