In the silence, what do you hear?
For some, it’s peace.
For me—it was busy. Loud. And dark.
Suicidal ideation filled my days.
I wasn’t daydreaming about success.
I was daydreaming about disappearing.
Not being seen.
Not being heard.
Just gone.
This is more common than we talk about—especially among women with ADHD, trauma, or neurodivergence.
Women who are “crushing it on paper” but quietly crumbling inside.
At 11, I looked in the mirror and thought:
“I don’t look like that.”
By the time I hit adulthood, I was over-performing at work and drowning at home.
Anyone else here ever feel that?
That moment when you’re scaling your business, leading your team, juggling all the plates—and yet you still feel like…
You’re not enough.
You’re losing yourself.
You’re stuck in loops of perfectionism, people-pleasing, avoidance, or explosive productivity that crashes the next day.
I used to think I was too smart for self-sabotage.
I was the “rock star.”
The overachiever.
The expert.
And yet… my nervous system was in fight-or-flight for decades.
Looking back now, I have to laugh.
(I mean… it only took six head injuries, going deaf for two years, and losing the ability to read, speak, or write to finally say to myself:
“Simone… maybe it’s time to slow down.”)
But the truth is, I didn’t just need to slow down.
I needed to wake up.
To the trauma I had normalized.
To the ADHD patterns I had masked.
To the delusion that doing more, achieving more, and appearing strong… would make me feel whole.
It wasn’t strength. It was survival.
And survival has a cost.
The Turning Point
Sometimes the veil of delusion has to crack before the light gets in.
For me, it wasn’t therapy or mindset work alone that saved me.
It was creating a brain-based system that finally worked for my busy, overloaded, trauma-wired mind.
One that addressed the physiology of sabotage, not just the psychology.
That’s when I stopped disappearing.
That’s when I started being seen.
And when I realized I wasn’t alone… I knew I had to lead others out of the silence too.
Who I Help
Today, I coach women who are already successful—CEOs, practitioners, entrepreneurs, high-performers—who are scaling businesses, raising families, and breaking generational patterns…
…yet feel like something is still “off.”
They:
- Hit a wall at each new level of success
- Self-sabotage the very thing they just built
- Feel shame about needing help—because “they should know better by now”
- Are exhausted from overthinking, under-functioning, or spinning in burnout loops
- Can’t “think” or “plan” their way out of it anymore
I help them get out of fight-or-flight, reconnect to their real power, and finally move forward with ease.
What Makes My Method Different
I don’t do “surface-level” coaching.
I work with the brain, not against it.
Through my proprietary Quantum Reset Method™, I guide clients through a system that integrates:
- Nervous system regulation
- Brain nutrition
- Subconscious pattern rewiring
- Somatic healing
- High-impact productivity techniques for busy minds
Because your sabotage isn’t personal—it’s physiological. And when you give the brain the right conditions?
Magic happens.
Just ask Lisa—who said after our workshop, “I finally felt seen. For the first time in my life, I didn’t feel broken. I felt brilliant.”
Or Sean, who told me, “Simone, you coached my soul. I’ve been in business for 20 years… and this cracked me open in the best way.”
Why It’s Time
If you’ve done all the mindset work…
Read all the books…
Tried therapy, coaching, and “just pushing through”…
But you’re still stuck in hidden sabotage patterns—you don’t need more willpower.
You need a brain-based upgrade.
Because the truth is:
“Your silence may protect you… but it will never heal you.” — Audre Lorde
And I’m not here to help you survive.
I’m here to help you rise.

Turn to the woman next to you and say:
“I not only see you… I hear you.”
Then say it to yourself.
Because you’re not alone anymore.
And it’s time the world hears your brilliance too.
