Terms, Conditions & Participation Agreement
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing any product, program, service, consultation, coaching, assessment, course, workshop, event, digital content, or supplement offered by Fascia Training Institute and/or Simone Fortier Enterprises (“FTI,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed with purchase.
1. Scope of Services Covered
These Terms apply to all offerings, including but not limited to:
Coaching and consulting (individual or group)
Brain Reset and Brain Health Assessments
Mentorship and success coaching programs
Workshops, courses, certifications, and events (online or in-person)
Digital products, downloadable materials, recordings
Supplements and physical products
Speaking engagements, demonstrations, and experiential training
2. No Refund Policy (Core Clause)
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
This includes, without limitation:
Coaching and consulting services
Brain Reset programs and assessments
Courses, workshops, certifications, and events
Digital products and downloadable materials
Supplements and physical products
Services commence immediately upon purchase, including intake review, assessment processing, strategic analysis, preparation, and administrative work.
No refunds will be issued for:
Change of mind
Discomfort after purchase
Misalignment discovered post-purchase
Partial participation or non-attendance
Failure to read or understand program materials
3. Results & Outcomes Disclaimer
Individual results vary. We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, earnings, health improvements, performance gains, or personal transformation.
Testimonials and examples are not guarantees and do not represent typical results. Your outcomes depend on your own effort, engagement, implementation, background, and circumstances.
4. Coaching, Consulting & Brain Reset Disclaimer
All coaching, consulting, brain reset, and educational services are non-medical, non-therapeutic, and non-diagnostic.
Nothing provided constitutes medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for consulting appropriate licensed professionals where necessary.
5. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that participation in coaching, educational, physical, or cognitive programs carries inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all responsibility for your participation and outcomes.
FTI and Simone Fortier are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation or use of materials.
6. Conduct & Professional Standards
Participants must conduct themselves with professionalism, respect, and accountability.
We maintain zero tolerance for:
Abusive, hostile, or harassing behavior
Blame, manipulation, intimidation, or threats
Disruptive or unprofessional conduct
FTI reserves the right to immediately terminate participation without refund if conduct standards are violated.
7. Payment Plans & Fees
Payment plans constitute a commitment to the full program fee
All payments made are non-refundable
Missed or failed payments may incur administrative or NSF fees
Failure to complete a payment plan may result in forfeiture of access and funds paid
8. Events, Courses & Attendance
No-shows for events or sessions result in forfeiture without refund
Transfers may be permitted at our discretion and may incur fees
Events must be attended within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise stated
9. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
All materials, protocols, frameworks, and systems are proprietary to Fascia Training Institute and Simone Fortier Enterprises Inc.
“Dynamic Brain Healing®” and related protocols are registered trademarks and copyrighted materials.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or misrepresentation may result in legal action.
10. Changes & Availability
FTI reserves the right to:
Modify programs, content, schedules, or delivery methods
Substitute facilitators or venues
Discontinue offerings without prior notice
11. Limitation of Liability
FTI and Simone Fortier shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from use of our services, including financial loss, emotional distress, or missed opportunities.
12. Acknowledgment & Agreement
By purchasing or participating, you affirm that:
You are purchasing from a place of clarity and self-responsibility
You understand services begin immediately upon purchase
You accept the non-refundable nature of all offerings
You agree to these Terms in full
If you do not agree, do not proceed with the purchase.
