History of SFT for Kids

Supporting children heal their body with manual therapy has been a passion of mine since I began my practice in 1994. Education and prevention are the secret to living a healthy pain-free life and it starts at an early age.

The first step in healing is awareness and understanding the structures in the body, the lymph system, nervous system, fascia system and cranial system and then learning how taking care of the body will support a better quality of life.

Learning about the different systems of the body and how each one has a different physiological response helps kids engage the body’s owner inner physician to help understand the reason behind pain or the need for prevention.
