Prior to making an appointment:
Before you start SFT therapy, it is recommended to begin drinking at least 12 – 14 8oz glasses of water per day. Approximately 3 – 5 litres per day is strongly recommended for 1 – 2 weeks prior to your first appointment if timing allows and continue this regime for life.
